iVape & Phones Limited, 124 Lilycroft Road, Bradford BD9 5AE (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website.
What we collect
If you use our contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), phone model and your message. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive your number and anything you choose to send us.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, reserve items for you and provide our services. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in running the shop. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted, unless we need them longer for a repair warranty or legal reasons.
Who we share it with
Our website host and email provider, who process data on our behalf. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy. Maps on this site are provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when the map loads.
Cookies and storage
This site uses only essential cookies. If you confirm you are 18+ on our vapes page, your browser remembers that choice locally so you are not asked again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us in store or on 07776 371724. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
